Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand Gudmorning’s presence across Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves on-ground sales by reaching out to shops, cafes, canteens, tea stalls, and malls, with the goal of generating maximum orders. Key Responsibilities - Pitch and promote Gudmorning products across multiple retail and food outlets Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and shop owners Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Represent the brand professionally in the local market Requirements - Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset Willingness to travel within the city and engage in field sales Prior experience in FMCG sales/marketing will be an advantage, but not mandatory Compensation - Commission-based structure – your earnings are directly proportional to your sales performance.
