Position: Real Estate Sales Executive Company: Guarented Rentals Private Limited Location: Bangalore (On-field + Office) Employment Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working | Rotational Week Off About the Role: Guarented is expanding into property management and fully-furnished rental solutions with Guarented Homes — and we’re looking for a smart, energetic Real Estate Sales Executive to drive this vertical. Your role will involve actively networking with builders, brokers, and property owners to onboard vacant flats, pitch our furnishing and tenant management services, and support our operations by helping find and manage tenants. If you love Bangalore’s real estate scene, enjoy closing deals, and want to help landlords earn better returns through managed rentals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Owner & Property Acquisition Identify and onboard house owners, builders, and brokers across premium residential areas. Pitch Guarented Homes’ end-to-end solutions (furnishing, tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance). Conduct site visits and property evaluations. Build strong relationships with property stakeholders for long-term partnerships. 2. Tenant Placement & Management Help onboard quality tenants for listed properties. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely home furnishing and tenant move-in. Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords for smooth operations. Handle basic tenant queries, documentation, and move-in formalities. 3. Sales & Networking Attend broker meets, builder associations, and real estate networking events. Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, local networking, and online/offline campaigns. Maintain a strong pipeline of property inventory and prospective clients. Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication with leads. 4. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with marketing, furnishing, and operations teams to close listings quickly. Maintain records in CRM and internal dashboards. Report weekly performance metrics — leads generated, properties onboarded, tenants placed, etc. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Real estate or sales certifications are a plus. 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (preferred). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets. Must be comfortable with on-field work across Bangalore. Knowledge of Bangalore’s residential localities and rental trends is highly desirable.
