Community allows GTMX Ventures and its practices to build a strong access and relationship with B2B tech startups.As a part of our Fundraising and M&A practice at GTMX Ventures, we are looking to onboard an Analyst to support the management on various aspects of practices inducing deal origination, deal evaluation, investors relations and deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth research and analysis on assigned sectors and prospective companies
• Collaborate and assist senior team members in preparation and review of materials, including pitch decks, teasers, investment memos and financial models
• Assist in managing the deal process including coordinating with internal and external parties including clients, investors and any other agencies
• Preparing and maintaining industry and thematic reports.
• Support legal documentation and diligence process.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Undergrad + CFA / CA / Under Grad / Post Grad from Top Tier School
• 0-1 years in investment banking / Big Four / consulting
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
