Job Description

As a highly skilled and strategic GTM Strategy and Program Manager at OLIVER, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local country teams with successful product launches. Your responsibilities will include coordinating across multiple marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing go-to-market strategies for maximum impact. You will be part of a small team that drives strategic alignment, manages dependencies, and mitigates risks to deliver streamlined and successful GTM launches. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document 360 GTM plans. - **Reporting:** Lead Performance and Results Reporting process, coordinating across functions for inputs. - **Program Management Leadership:** Support end-to-end GTM program management for product launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis. - **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Serve as a key POC liaison across a complex cross-functional team to ensure a unified and effective GTM strategy. - **Risk & Dependency Management:** Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans and operational systems to keep programs on track. - **Communication:** Establish and maintain clear communication channels, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and performance to all stakeholders. - **Process Improvement:** Continuously assess and refine processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness for future launches. **Qualifications Required:** - **Go to Market Strategic Thinking:** +6 years of experience in go-to-market strategies, ideally in-house. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans. - **Program Management:** Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with strong organizational skills. - **Data Analysis:** Strong analytical skills to put together analysis across varied data sets. - **Narrative Building:** Skilled at creating presentation decks for storytelling. - **Mindset:** Highly proactive approach, thrives in ambiguity. - **Collaboration:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and influence stakeholders. - **Tools:** Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), as well as GTM-related tools and platforms. - **Passion for AI:** Inquisitive about AI and new technologies, understanding of AI tools is beneficial.
