As a GTM Program Specialist at Beghou Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving clarity and efficient execution across the company's commercial and go-to-market functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations, you will serve as a strategic program partner, contributing to idea generation, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of impactful projects. While you will not be responsible for a specific vertical, you will have visibility and influence across various areas including marketing, sales enablement, commercial intelligence, proposals, design, and operations. Your primary objective will be to streamline and enhance our commercial engine, fostering smarter, faster, and more aligned operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Growth Director in shaping and executing GTM initiatives across different teams. - Translate high-level concepts into actionable workstreams spanning marketing, enablement, research, and proposals. - Take charge of specific projects ranging from developing sales playbooks to coordinating campaigns and internal GTM documentation. - Identify obstacles and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless progress. - Craft, refine, and enhance internal narratives, strategy presentations, and updates. - Facilitate cross-functional preparedness for campaigns, launches, and key strategic endeavors. - Engage with marketing, commercial enablement, and design teams to consolidate inputs and drive clarity. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, communications, research, or cross-functional execution roles. - Proficient in written communication and synthesizing complex information into clear and concise messages. - Possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, embracing challenges and ambiguity. - Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities with composure and organization. - Comfortable working in high-trust environments with minimal supervision.
