As a member of the Channel Sales (Commission) team at Whirlpool, your primary responsibility will be to sell products and services to a diverse range of major accounts and customers. Your role includes executing sales plans, targets, and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. You will be accountable for increasing the sales/client ratio and expanding the customer base. In this position, you will be in charge of managing online sales and the presence of Whirlpool. Your goal will be to convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers and encourages sales on the web. Key Stakeholders: - External: Collaborate with e-commerce partners to understand and share expectations. - Internal: Coordinate with the Marketing team to align the e-commerce sales strategy and objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass the following areas: E-Commerce Strategy: - Engage in business partnerships with key e-commerce players for various initiatives, including Exclusive Product Launches. - Develop a strategic approach for the online space channel margins, supply structure, and monthly demand plan. - Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities between Modern Trade and e-commerce platforms. GTM (Go To Market) Innovation: - Establish GTM models based on customer segmentation and factors like SOP, MOQ, etc. - Drive innovation by generating new ideas and plans for different GTM models. Customer Engagement: - Align with e-commerce partners to create a Joint Business Plan approach with Tier 1 customers. Innovation Testing: - Develop Joint Account Plans with Online Accounts to ensure sales growth. - Drive exclusive launches and integrate marketing campaigns. - Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners, enhance content on partner platforms, and design a joint activity calendar for businesses. Business Plan Sufficiency: - Understand the key business drivers for the channel and manage channel forecasts. - Ensure the business plan is future-proof by incorporating channel spends, ensuring business delivery, and sharing sufficiency. Minimum Requirements: - EDUCATION: Full-Time MBA - EXPERIENCE/PREFERRED: 5-7 years - FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES: Result-driven approach, Strategic Thinking, Experience in handling key accounts, Channel management, Relationship management Preferred Skills and Experiences: - BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Lead with speed, agility, focus, and confidence.
