Job Description

As part of the Channel Sales (Commission) team at Whirlpool, your role will involve selling products and services to a diverse range of major accounts and customers. You will be responsible for executing sales plans, achieving targets, and adhering to budgets within the regional and business unit sales strategy. Your accountability will lie in increasing the sales/client ratio and expanding the customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing the online sales and presence of Whirlpool to maintain a consistent brand image that attracts customers and drives sales on the Web - Engaging in business partnerships with key e-commerce players for initiatives such as Exclusive Product Launches - Strategizing to enhance Channel margins, Supply Structure, and monthly demand plan in the online space - Establishing Go To Market (GTM) models with customer segmentation based on SOP, MOQ, etc., and proposing innovative ideas for different GTM models - Collaborating with e-commerce partners to create a Joint Business Plan approach with Tier 1 customers - Driving exclusive launches and marketing campaign integration, improving content on partner platforms, and designing joint activity calendars for businesses To be successful in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements: Qualifications: - Full-Time MBA Experience: - 5-7 years of experience Functional Competencies: - Result-driven approach - Strategic Thinking - Experience in handling key accounts - Channel management - Relationship management Preferred skills and experiences include: Behavioral Competencies: - Lead with speed, agility, focus, and confidence - Own it - be personally and collectively accountable for results - Straight talk - Share honestly, transparently, and timely.,
