Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP GTS/GTM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals and seamless system integration. Manage all phases of SAP GTM projects including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure and test SAP GTM modules such as Trading Contract setup, copy controls, item categories, purchase & sales groups, pricing simulation, association management, and expense management (payable & receivable). Analyze client business processes related to global trade compliance, customs management, import/export regulations, and logistics to tailor SAP GTM solutions. Design and implement SAP GTM configurations addressing Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Logistics Execution. Lead integration efforts between SAP GTM/GTS and accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) modules to optimize trade transactions. Conduct workshops and collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration and data flow between SAP GTM and other enterprise systems. Customize SAP GTS modules for optimal performance and business fit. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users to maximize SAP GTS utilization. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Keep updated with the latest SAP GTS features and global trade compliance regulations to provide proactive advice and improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support with strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTM implementation and configuration. Deep expertise in SAP GTM modules including Customs Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Logistics Execution. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP ERP, SAP TM, or other modules. Strong configuration skills for SAP GTS/GTM modules tailored to client requirements. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for effective client engagement and project management. SAP GTS certification is a plus.
