As a Project Scheduler and Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for various aspects of project planning, scheduling, billing, and compliance. Your key duties will include: Developing detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders to define project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines. Preparing and verifying bills of quantities (BOQ) and contractor/vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. You will maintain accurate documentation of billing records, contracts, and approvals. Tracking project budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans. Generating periodic progress and billing reports for management and clients, as well as assisting in the preparation of claims, change orders, and other financial adjustments. Acting as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients for financial and planning matters. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and assisting in internal and external audits related to project financials and planning. Identifying and analyzing potential project risks related to planning and billing, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation and cost-saving opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Diploma (Preferred) as the educational qualification and at least 3 years of total work experience (Preferred). The work location is in person.,
