Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role located in New Delhi. The Sales Employee will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires conducting market research, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Client Relationship Management experience Market Research and Analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
