This is a great chance to work closely with leading clients, make a real impact behind the scenes, and advance your career in a dynamic team. 🎯 Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations across teams— client follow-ups, team support, backend tasks Handle data processing and documentation : work with Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, pivots), generate invoices, prepare reports, and maintain access to essential files such as dashboards, contracts, and data sheets Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and partnered clients to ensure expectations are met, including occasional field meetings when necessary Resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed to avoid delays or service gaps ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); MBA preferred but not required Basic to intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, pivots) Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication abilities Experienced candidates preferred , but not mandatory—a proactive, skilled fresher can also apply Highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn Experience in client coordination, MIS, over-the-call communication, and internal/external coordination is preferred but not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at platforms like Zomato or Swiggy .
