Role & responsibilities : Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts. Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies. Onboarding & Induction Own the employee onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and engaging start. Coordinate documentation, system access, and induction plans. HR Policy Creation & Implementation Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with the company's vision and compliance requirements. Ensure all employees are aware of, trained on, and adhering to company policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, etc.). Periodically review and revise policies based on company growth and legal changes. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records (leaves, attendance, documents). Maintain payroll inputs and support compliance for PF, ESI, TDS, etc. Ensure all HR records are audit-ready. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize regular employee engagement activities and events. Be a culture custodian monitor team morale and resolve grievances professionally. Exit Formalities Coordinate exit interviews and full-and-final settlements. Track attrition trends and suggest improvements. Preferred candidate profile : Were looking for someone who: Is hands-on and proactive , not just a coordinator but a problem-solver. Should be able to draft and implement HR policies. Can manage multiple responsibilities independently without micromanagement. Understands the importance of team culture, communication, and confidentiality . Has worked with tools like Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar HRMS platforms . Is comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for basic HR data management. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills . Can adapt quickly to changing needs and is open to learning.
