Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Marketing Executive, located in Amravati. The HR Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing HR operations, and maintaining effective employee relations. Additionally, the executive will coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR management processes and support the company's overall goals. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
