Resident Network Engineer (SHIFT BASED) High level JD: 2-5 years of work experience Regular maintenance of Customer Pvt 5G network. Local Logging in to RAN, integration, I&C and troubleshooting. Support NOC as required for MS. RCA for alarms/faults within premises. Understand RAN license issues. Understand any connectivity / coverage degradations within premises Provide support for change of Power, Mtilt, Etilt, azimuths or other soft configurations in case of faults. Able to assist with PIM testing and other interference scenario testings. Knowledge of Nokia, E//, Samsung and Mavenir h/w details. Knowledge of RAN, Microwave, UBR Power plants and FDMS systems. 5G RF optimization basic knowledge and able to understand OSS KPIs. Understanding of Pvt 5G and the architecture. Field engineers are tasked with managing technical functions, testing equipment, handling repairs, managing engineering projects, and conducting site inspections. They also engage with clients, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, and apply technical knowledge to practical problems. Spare infra management and safekeeping. Upgrading of existing h/w as and when required. CPE understanding and maintenance post capability development. Responsible for maintaining SLAs. Resident Rigger :- High level JD: 2-7 years of work experience. Regular maintenance of Customer Pvt 5G network. Well versed with I&C quality standards. Qualified with Work at height certificates. Physical Installation of Hardware (Radio, Core & Accessories). Assist in performing Line-of-Sight (LOS) check/ fiber cut rectification if needed. Check the availability of required installation material, tools and equipment, and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Preparing Radio Frequency (RF) connector and jumper and assembling the relevant telecom equipment for installation. Installation of antennas, feeders, microwave dishes, mast head amplifiers and ancillary equipment on steel structures/monopoles/towers, using the appropriate safety equipment to ensure safety at heights. Assist in installing and testing Outdoor Unit (ODUs), splitters, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). Carrying out labelling and earthing/grounding. Be able to climb and work on different types of towers, such as guyed towers, lattice towers, monopole towers, stealth towers, and other custom solutions etc. Regular check of GPS, infra mounts/ power plants at customer premises.
