Role Overview We’re hiring AI Coaches/Mentors who can teach practical AI skills (e.g., ChatGPT, prompt engineering, AI automation, AI for marketing/sales/ops, no-code AI apps) and guide learners through hands-on projects that translate into measurable results. What You’ll Do Deliver live sessions/workshops (60–120 mins) with demos, templates, and take-home assignments. Run cohort challenges (2–8 weeks) with weekly checkpoints, office hours, and feedback. Build micro-courses/tutorials (short video lessons, worksheets, prompts, checklists). Offer mentorship : review learner projects/portfolios; provide 1:1 or small-group guidance. Collaborate on content : frameworks, use-case packs, prompt libraries, templates. Co-create case studies showing learner outcomes (time saved, revenue gained, launches). Engage the community with updates, Q&A, and motivation. Comfort with metrics & outcomes (e.g., ROI, time saved, leads generated, revenue impact). Nice-to-Have Experience running cohorts/challenges and moderating learner communities. Built/sold no-code tools , GPTs, chatbots, or automation systems. Public speaking/webinar experience; prior collaborations with edtech/creator platforms.
