Role Overview As a Community Creator Intern , you’ll be the voice and energy behind our community. You’ll set up, grow, and engage members across our online and offline channels, creating a space where people connect, share insights, and become advocates for our brand. Responsibilities Build & Manage the Community : Set up and maintain our chosen platform (WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, or Discord). Onboard Members : Welcome new members and create a sense of belonging. Create Engagement : Post polls, start discussions, run challenges, and highlight member stories. Content Creation : Plan and post high-value community content (tips, case studies, news, resources). Collaborate on Campaigns : Work with the marketing team for community-driven initiatives. Organise Virtual Events : Host AMAs, webinars, and networking sessions with experts. Track & Report : Measure member activity, engagement, and growth. What You’ll Learn End-to-end community building and engagement strategy. CRM & RevOps industry trends and real-world applications.
