Job Description

As a Group Manager, Product & Business Analytics at Adobe, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of digital experiences. Your role is crucial in driving business growth through flawless execution and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of analysts and managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth. - Effectively communicating complex analytical findings and insights to senior management and leadership. - Collaborating with product managers, business partners, and other teams to identify key business questions and define analytics projects to address them. - Translating business requirements into analytical approaches and ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Applying advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. - Upholding guidelines for data management, analysis, and reporting to maintain the quality and accuracy of analytical outputs. - Managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. - Cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative (Stats, Maths) or engineering field; Business Management from a top business school is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with over 10 years of experience in solving complex problems focusing on product and business analytics. - Over 7 years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams. - Deep business insight and the ability to understand intricate product and business dynamics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical ideas clearly to senior leadership and collaborators. - Proficiency in project management to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment. - Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
