Role Summary and Impact Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for locating and attracting the best and brightest talent to WPP Media. You will be responsible for identifying target companies, industries or suitable individuals, perform appropriate research, attract quality candidates and brief them on the opportunities available and manage the processes through to offer stage. Skills and Experience At least 2-4 years of solid experience recruiting in a high-pressure, high-volume environment. Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals and job sites Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable and accountable Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment Experience in working on an ATS (preferred) Note - This is a 3rd party payroll opportunity
