Group Lead Blade Reliability

Role Overview: As a Team Leader in the Blades Reliability department at Nordex, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 engineers. Reporting to the Head of the department, you will play a crucial role in defining the structure of DFME/PFMEA, moderating FMEA processes according to PEP and APQP4Wind, managing DFM analysis and improvements, as well as developing tools for measurements and enhanced quality control.
