Experience : Typically, 58 years of relevant experience in MEP project management or site supervision. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MEP systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and standards. Software Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Certifications : Additional certifications in safety (e.g., OHSAS) or quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are advantageous.
