Role Description Marketing Executive will be located in HP, PB and JK. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing communication plans, and driving sales. The role involves collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. Qualifications Experience in Market Planning and Market Research Achieve a minimum monthly target of 10,000 garment pieces through B2B sales Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Background in Sales and Marketing Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proficiency in using marketing tools and software Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus Must possess a two-wheeler (bike/scooty) – fuel expenses will be reimbursed by the company Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives will be offered for exceeding the monthly order targets. Preferred Candidate Profile: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in the field. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
