The role will require close collaboration with the production team to meet organizational goals for efficiency and output. Qualifications Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization Proficiency in Planning and Organizing workflows Effective Communication skills for inter-departmental coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred Experience with production management software is a plus
