Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cylindrical grinding machines to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Set up machines, select appropriate grinding wheels, and adjust machine settings.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the coating and machining teams to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in cylindrical grinding operations.
• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and grinding techniques.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.

We are looking for a skilled Cylindrical Grinding Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating cylindrical grinding machines and a strong understanding of machining tolerances and surface finish requirements.
