Use modern teaching aids, laboratory experiments, ICT tools, and real-life applications to enhance understanding. Regularly evaluate student performance through class tests, assignments, projects, and lab activities. Laboratory & Practical Work Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory experiments ensuring safety and accuracy. Student Development Provide academic mentoring and counseling to students for higher studies and career choices in science streams. Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where needed. Encourage participation in science exhibitions, Olympiads, quizzes, and innovation projects. Other Duties Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports. Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, departmental reviews, and staff development programs. Contribute to school events, assemblies, and interdisciplinary projects. Stay updated with curriculum reforms, modern pedagogy, and assessment practices. Uphold school values, discipline policies, and a positive learning environment. Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, records, and consumables. Guide students in scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and research projects.
