Audit Preparation: Maintain and organize compliance-related data for internal and external audits on a monthly basis. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws such as the Minimum Wages Act, Shop & Establishment Act, Factory Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration Act, LWF, and other applicable laws. Submit annual, half-yearly, and other mandatory returns to the relevant authorities. Salary Compliance: Verify salary calculations to ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Client Handling: Address and resolve client queries related to labor law compliance, providing tailored and effective solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Law, or Human Resources preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in labor law compliance and statutory audits. Skills & Knowledge: Labor Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, Workmen Compensation, and other statutory regulations.
