We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in development-led construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with developers, managing multidisciplinary design teams, supporting procurement processes, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing QA/QC standards, and driving value engineering efforts throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Coordination: • Lead the day-to-day management of assigned construction and development projects. • Liaise directly with developers and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, milestones, and deliverables. • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, risks, and key deliverables. Design Coordination: • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design packages. • Facilitate design reviews and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on technical and aesthetic goals. • Manage design changes and ensure impacts on cost, schedule, and quality are assessed and approved. Procurement Assistance: • Support the procurement team in tender preparation, evaluation, and selection of vendors/subcontractors. • Assist in preparing scopes of work, contract documents, and procurement schedules.
