Roles and Responsibilities Manage MEP design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Conduct heat load calculations and select equipment for commercial buildings. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works and manage procurement processes. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the execution of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP systems. Develop single line diagrams for electrical systems and oversee their implementation during construction phases.
