Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Tiruchirappalli. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and assisting in the overall training & development programs. Day-to-day tasks include delivering engaging and effective training sessions, preparing technical documentation and materials, assessing training needs, and providing support to trainees. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Training and Training & Development skills Excellent Communication and Training skills Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to convey them clearly Ability to design and develop training materials Experience in using training tools and technologies Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
