Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Jetpur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on solar energy project sites, ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, managing teams, supervising installations, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining records, collaborating with project managers, and troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently. Qualifications Project Management and Team Coordination skills Knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance Regulations Experience in Solar Energy Installations and Maintenance Strong Communication and Problem-Solving skills Ability to supervise and direct a team effectively Solid understanding of technical drawings and project specifications Relevant certifications or training in project management or solar energy is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
