Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Malappuram. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and client relations. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining business relationships, and ensuring overall customer service excellence. Strong communication skills are essential to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
