Description We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products, services, or offers clearly and persuasively. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain accurate call and customer records in the database. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of queries. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work closely with the team leader and support team to improve performance. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil (other regional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools. Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or sales preferred (freshers can also apply).
