The ideal candidate must have strong communication and client-handling skills, along with a clear understanding of visa categories, documentation requirements, and basic immigration processes. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, assessing their eligibility, providing accurate preliminary guidance, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and informed counselling experience.
