We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Axial Component Auto Insertion Machine Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with axial component insertion equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to process optimization and machine maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot axial component auto insertion machines (e.g., Universal, Panasonic, or equivalent). Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate at peak performance. Analyze machine errors and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Optimize insertion programs and feeder setups to maximize throughput and quality. Support production teams by resolving machine issues and improving cycle times. Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to drive continuous improvement. Train operators and maintenance personnel on proper usage and upkeep of equipment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with axial component insertion machines. Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and IPC standards. Proficient in reading technical drawings and machine schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Universal Axial Insertion Machines Familiarity with SMT and through-hole PCB assembly processes.
