Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot axial component auto insertion machines (e.g., Universal, Panasonic, or equivalent). Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate at peak performance. Analyze machine errors and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Optimize insertion programs and feeder setups to maximize throughput and quality. Support production teams by resolving machine issues and improving cycle times. Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to drive continuous improvement. Train operators and maintenance personnel on proper usage and upkeep of equipment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with axial component insertion machines. Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and IPC standards.
