Ensure consistent product quality and appealing presentation. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Manage kitchen prep, mise en place, and basic inventory. Support the setup of display counters with fresh desserts. Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Knowledge of baking techniques, international-style plating, and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced, QSR-style kitchen. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about desserts. Team player with good time management and communication skills. Basic education or formal culinary training preferred.
