Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located at our resort in Bandhavgarh National Park. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals with their team, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include menu development, inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading and training kitchen staff. Qualifications Culinary skills including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation Experience in kitchen operations management and inventory management Knowledge of health and safety regulations Team leadership and staff training capabilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a luxury or eco-resort setting is a plus Culinary degree or relevant certifications
