We are seeking experienced and passionate retired teachers or principals to serve as part-time consultants at our play school. This role is ideal for individuals who have dedicated their careers to early childhood or primary education and wish to continue making an impact by guiding and mentoring the next generation of educators and young learners. Curriculum Review & Enhancement: Evaluate and suggest improvements to the current teaching methods, lesson plans, and curriculum to ensure alignment with early childhood best practices. Teacher Mentorship & Training: Provide support and guidance to teaching staff through mentoring, training sessions, and classroom observation. Academic Oversight: Ensure academic standards are being met and assist in setting goals for student development. Parental Engagement: Offer guidance on communication strategies with parents and assist with parent-teacher meetings when necessary. Operational Support: Advise on overall school management, discipline practices, and learning environment setup. Quality Assurance: Help maintain high standards in teaching and learning through regular feedback and quality checks.
