Role & responsibilities Lead the Electrical Engineering Team in Office. 1.Develop detailed 3D electrical models using Revit for lighting, power, fire alarm, data, and other electrical systems. 2.Ensure proper integration and clash-free coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP systems. 3.Maintain and update electrical models throughout the project lifecycle. 4.Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards. 5.Create and manage electrical Revit families, templates, and content as required. 6.Ensure proper file naming, data management, and model cleanliness. 7.Address and resolve modeling issues quickly and effectively. 8.Support clash detection processes using Navisworks or similar tools. 9.Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers in best practices, modeling standards, and workflows. 10.Coordinate with other discipline leads (architectural, mechanical, structural) to ensure a smooth workflow. 11.Attend coordination meetings and contribute actively to resolving interdisciplinary issues. 12.Stay updated with latest BIM trends, tools, and technologies in electrical design. 13.Suggest improvements in workflows, tools, and modeling techniques. Preferred candidate profile 1. B.E/ Diploma In Electrical Engineering. 2.Should have knowledge of lighting, power, fire alarm, data, and other electrical systems. 3.BIM certification or training is a strong advantage. 4.At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Revit MEP for electrical services. 5.Experience working on BIM projects, residential, commercial Building
