Role Overview We’re looking for a Website Manager Intern who combines the creativity of a web designer with the analytical skills of an SEO specialist. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a new website that reflects our expanding services, ensuring it drives visibility and inbound leads. Successful candidate may transition into a full-time role after 6 months. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the company website using hosted platforms Design and refine site layout, navigation, and user experience Implement SEO strategies (on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags, backlinks) Monitor site performance, analytics, and search rankings Collaborate with our team to integrate case studies, testimonials, and campaigns Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times Ideal Candidate 2023 or 2024 Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or Digital Marketing Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Bonus: Exposure to sustainability or compliance-related projects What We Offer Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month depending on experience Growth Path: Full-time employment opportunity based on performance Environment: Collaborative team culture with mentorship and professional development
