About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team at Great Desire. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their educational journey and helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students Provide comprehensive information about available courses, programs, and educational opportunities Assess student needs, interests, and career goals through structured conversations Guide students in selecting appropriate educational pathways based on their profile Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-up requirements Build rapport with students and parents to establish trust and credibility Meet monthly targets for student enrollment and conversion Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding What We're Looking For: Female candidates aged 18-22 years 12th pass with good communication skills Intermediate level English proficiency Freshers are welcome to apply Strong listening skills and empathy Ability to work in both full-time and part-time shifts Patience and persistence in handling student queries Basic computer literacy is preferred
