Grayscale Investments, founded in 2013 and headquartered in New York, is a digital currency investment trust and a subsidiary of its parent company, Digital Currency Group (DCG). The company aims to provide regulated digital asset investment services to institutional and qualified individual investors. Its most well-known product is the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), which has become one of the world's largest Bitcoin funds. We plan to open a subsidiary in Los Angeles in mid-February 2026, primarily to provide regulated digital asset investment services to institutional and qualified individual investors. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Global Sales to join our team. The job description is as follows: Position Summary: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Sales is a key executive responsible for defining and executing the organization’s worldwide sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success. This leader will oversee all global sales operations, manage regional sales teams, and ensure consistent execution of corporate objectives across markets. The SVP partners closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align global strategies and deliver sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals. Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes across all regions. Identify and prioritize new market opportunities to drive international growth and market share. Define KPIs and performance metrics for sales operations and monitor progress toward targets. Represent the voice of the customer in executive decision-making. Global Team Management Lead and mentor regional Vice Presidents and Directors of Sales across multiple geographies. Build a high-performing, scalable global sales organization through talent development and succession planning. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the global sales team. Ensure alignment and communication among regional teams to maintain consistency in execution and client engagement. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives. Establish global pricing, contract negotiation, and channel strategies to optimize profitability. Identify partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to enhance global reach. Oversee enterprise and key account management to strengthen long-term customer relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing to develop lead-generation, branding, and customer engagement programs. Partner with Product Management and R&D to align offerings with market needs and emerging trends. Work with Finance to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively. Support Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Performance Optimization Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales performance, productivity, and efficiency. Implement global CRM systems and analytics tools for pipeline management and reporting. Regularly analyze regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Drive continuous improvement through best practices, process standardization, and innovation.
