Urgent Job Opening – Technician (Water Treatment) Company : Gratisco Water Treatment Position : Technician Posts : 1 (One) Qualification · Minimum HS Pass (ITI/Diploma preferred). · 4–5 years of experience in WTP, RO, ETP & STP operations. · Knowledge of pumps, motors, dosing systems, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. · Ability to work independently and handle site visits. Job Description The Technician will be responsible for operation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The role ensures smooth functioning of treatment systems, compliance with environmental standards, and reliable delivery of treated water. Key Responsibilities · Operate WTP, ETP & STP units and monitor treatment processes. · Assist in installation of new treatment systems (RO, WTP, ETP, STP). · Support commissioning activities including testing and calibration. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. · Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues. · Replace filters, membranes, and other consumables as required. · Collect and analyse water/effluent samples to ensure compliance with standards. · Adjust chemical dosing and treatment parameters for optimal performance.
