Role Overview We are looking for dynamic Accounting and Finance professionals at various levels (Associate, Senior, and Team Lead / Supervisor Level) to join our expanding Grassi India team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and process accuracy, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting activities. Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statements. Work with global teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Lead or mentor team members (for Senior / Team Lead roles). Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and organizational policy. Must have experience in Quick Books Online, Desktop / R365 / Xero. Open Positions Senior Accountant Experience: 3 + years Number of requirements - 2 Location: Vadodara / Indore Industry Exposure: Any Industry Associate / Senior Associate / Supervisor (Restaurant Industry) Experience: 2 to 5 + years Number of requirements - 10 Location: Indore / Ahmedabad / Vadodara Industry Exposure: Restaurant / Hospitality accounting preferred Senior Accountant (CA/CPA/CMA) Experience: 2+ years Number of requirements - 4 Location: Indore / Ahmedabad / Vadodara Industry Exposure: Any Service Industry Qualifications & Skills Bachelors / masters degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Experience with restaurant or hospitality industry clients is a plus.
