1) Job Purpose Be a part of BIT (Central Help Desk) with the techno-functional expertise in Finance and Controlling (FICO) module of SAP. FICO, FM, and IMPS are the most critical modules with interfaces to all other modules. Optimizing/Maximizing the usage for Business benefits and deriving synergistic benefits through standardization of processes, MIS and otherwise across the group is the prime objective. Proactively engage in SAP deployment at units (Across Globe) and build knowledge with respect to Financial Consolidation with specific focus on FICO modules and interfaces e.g., Hyperion. Set up processes and bring in Best Practices in SAP FICO across. Provide solutions to business units as and when required. 2) Job Context & Major Challenges SAP has been implemented in VSF since 2006. Many customizations has been incorporated in the system to take care of business requirements. Being a part of the SAP Centre Helpdesk Team the challenges for the incumbent are as under Understanding functional needs at Business/Unit levels and addressing them Conceptualising, mapping and reuse the FICO/IMPS standard processes across in SAP instances. Standardization of FICO processes/reports Assist the centralized Helpdesk to resolve FICO/FM/IMPS related issues. Diversity of Businesses and expectations Multi-country, multi-currency environment, Helping Hyperion team in MIS preparation. 3) Principal Accountabilities: a) Represent FICO in SAP Center Help Desk: Knowledge Centre: Develop expertise in SAP FICO Module Impact Analysis and assisting Businesses in SAP FICO upgrades. Design SAP FICO Application Architecture framework Ensure group-wide standardization of SAP FICO related master’s and commonly used reports. Build in SAP competencies (SAP FICO, FM & IMPS) in the VSF business for maximizing solution usage by Interacting with Users, Industry Peers, Technology partner etc Conducting workshops Extending scope of SAP FICO functionality with contemporary tools by developing Business level MIS(Hyperion) Assist Group Shared outsourced SAP Helpdesk to close issues in SAP FICO Period Closing activities. FICO being the module that is interlinked with all the rest, interface with other team members to simplify financial processes and assist in deployment solutions across SAP sites. Assist in setting and ensure Implementation of processes for Training to maximizing solution leverage by interacting with Users, Industry Peers, Technology partner etc. Assist Businesses Implement SAP (SAP FICO Module) Study and Understand Business Be part of the Implementation team at site and ensure implementation of SAP FICO Module as per standard guidelines/ Methodology (One VSF). Rationalize customization requirements and stretch the product functionality of SAP FICO module. Build a re-use culture Information Security/BCP Assist in planning and execution of BCP processes. Assist in defining and implementing access control procedures Assist in preparation of SLAs/SOPs/Processes Interacting with Technology partners, Users and developing standards

As a seasoned Procurement professional with 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the procurement of Engineering goods, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic procurement efforts for Engineering capital goods, spares, and MRO items for Fiber group units in India and Overseas. Your primary focus will be on cost-effective sourcing, new vendor development, and efficient contract management to ensure seamless plant operations. Your responsibilities will encompass soliciting offers, conducting negotiations, and securing contracts for the mentioned goods, as well as collaborating with unit teams to incorporate technical inputs during commercial discussions. You will play a key role in vendor development by identifying and onboarding new vendors to enhance competition and improve negotiation outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely execution. To overcome the challenges of aligning procurement with budgetary goals and ensuring timely delivery, you will engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers effectively. You will also be responsible for keeping abreast of market trends to anticipate and respond to cost fluctuations, introducing new vendors to optimize procurement costs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within procurement and logistics operations. Collaboration with the Information Technology team will be essential to implement systems that digitalize and streamline procurement processes, enabling regular tracking, dashboards, contract reviews, and supplier performance assessments. Moreover, ensuring timely preparation, generation, and submission of MIS and other reports, as well as reviewing deviations and recommending corrective actions, will be part of your role. Ideally, you possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills will be crucial in driving successful procurement outcomes that align with the organization's objectives.,
