Graphics UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our design team, contributing your creativity and expertise to develop visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for our digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create innovative design solutions that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Additionally, you will translate brand identity into cohesive digital experiences, conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate based on feedback. It will be your responsibility to maintain and evolve design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and pixel-perfect execution across various platforms and devices. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, UI/UX design work, and visual storytelling is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar is required. You should possess a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, responsive design, and cross-platform optimization. Experience in basic graphic designing and familiarity with front-end development are advantageous. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are crucial. Knowledge of Tamil language is an advantage and preferred. Motion design/animation experience and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer are considered nice-to-have skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
