Graphics Designer (UI/UX Product Designer)

As a passionate UI/UX Product Designer in the fenestration industry, your role will involve leading the creation of intuitive and elegant user experiences and designs for global customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex workflows and drive real-world outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the complete product design lifecycle, from discovery to final implementation - Translate requirements into clean UI and delightful UX, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes - Conduct user research and usability studies to analyze workflows and pain points - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business goals - Design micro-interactions and contribute to evolving the design system for consistent user experience - Leverage analytics to measure feature adoption and user behavior and propose design-led innovations for continuous improvement Required Qualifications: - 6-8 years of UI/UX/Product Design experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or B2C software domains - Proven track record of designing intuitive digital experiences across mobile and web platforms - Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies - Experience with user testing, rapid prototyping, and feedback-driven iteration - Ability to apply findings from usability testing and research to product decisions - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for solving user challenges Nice to Have Skills: - Experience in fenestration or CAD-related software industry - Familiarity with front-end development or design handoff tools - Knowledge of accessibility standards and understanding of 3D visualization Joining the company will provide you with the opportunity to shape digital transformation in the window and door industry, working with experienced professionals and impacting real businesses and product innovation.
