Graphic Designer – On-site (Bangalore, Karnataka)

Position Overview

• Role: Graphic Designer
• Employment: Full-time
• Work Type: On-site (no remote/hybrid)
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000/month (based on experience and skill)
• Portfolio: Behance link mandatory (Google Drive accepted if not available)
• Relocation: Must be willing to relocate near the Bangalore office

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, brochures, banners, pitch decks, and internal branding.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI content teams for regular design tasks.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet project-specific requirements.
• Use:
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory)
• InDesign & After Effects (preferred)
• Canva for quick-turnaround tasks
• AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, and Leonardo.ai
• Follow structured feedback and revision workflows.
• Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Keep up with visual design trends and AI-enhanced workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on graphic design experience (agency or brand-side).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Bonus:
• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience using Canva and AI tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual range (Behance required or Drive link).
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Preferred: Candidates from Kerala.
