Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining visual requirements, conceptualizing ideas, and executing high-quality designs across both digital and print channels. You will work closely with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to ensure all creative assets align perfectly with our brand guidelines and effectively engage our target audience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic flair, expert technical proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to turn complex concepts into meaningful visual messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Ideation: Interpret design briefs to determine project scopes, establish specific style requirements, and budget parameters.
• Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual content for multi-channel use, including websites, social media platforms, digital advertising banners, marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, mailers), brand signage, and product packaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing managers to brainstorm campaigns and shape cohesive visual concepts.
• Brand Custodianship: Maintain, evolve, and enforce established visual identities and brand guidelines consistently across all external and internal projects.
• Production & Delivery: Prepare production-ready assets (pre-flight print files, optimized web formats) and coordinate with external vendors or print suppliers as required.
• Feedback Iteration: Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders, actively incorporate constructive feedback, and amend layouts methodically.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging industry aesthetics, evolving design technologies, and competitor creative tactics to keep our brand modern and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Technical Software Expertise: High level of proficiency with industry standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative digital product design tools like Figma.
• Core Competencies: Strong command over design fundamentals, such as typography, color theory, page layout optimization, visual hierarchy, and spatial composition.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly pitch creative choices, strong problem-solving agility, and a methodical team player mentality.
• Time Management: Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple parallel design deadlines, and work efficiently under fast-paced constraints.
• Portfolio: A stellar professional portfolio showcasing diverse design solutions across digital and print mediums.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
