Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to handle the school's complete visual communication and creative designing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for designing attractive marketing creatives, social media posts, admission campaign materials, event promotions, brochures, banners, and other branding collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

1 . Social Media Creative Designing

● Design daily creative posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

● Create engaging Instagram reels covers, stories, carousels, and promotional creatives.

● Design creatives for admission campaigns, school events, celebrations, and activities.

● Maintain consistency in the school's visual identity and branding.

● Create monthly creative concepts and campaign designs.

2. Admission & Marketing Creatives

● Design admission campaign creatives for Meta and Google advertising.

● Create promotional banners, flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements.

● Design creatives for school events, open houses, admission drives, and parent engagement activities.

● Develop marketing materials that support lead generation and admissions.

● Work closely with the digital marketing team to deliver campaign-specific creatives.

3. Branding & Print Designing

● Design school brochures, prospectuses, newsletters, certificates, and invitations.

● Create banners, standees, posters, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials.

● Maintain brand guidelines, typography, colours, and visual consistency. ● Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors.

4 . Video & Motion Graphics

● Create basic promotional videos and short-form videos for social media.

● Edit school event videos, activity highlights, and promotional content.

● Create simple motion graphics, animations, and text-based video creatives.

● Edit reels and short videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar applications.

5 . School Events & Activities

● Design creatives for annual day, sports day, cultural events, celebrations, and competitions.

● Create visual materials showcasing students' achievements and school activities.

● Coordinate with the marketing and school operations teams to collect content and execute creative requirements.

● Ensure timely delivery of creatives for all school events and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–4 years of professional graphic designing experience.

● Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

● Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW is an advantage.

● Good knowledge of Canva and other creative designing tools.

● Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual storytelling.

● Ability to create creative and engaging social media designs. ● Understanding of digital marketing and advertising creatives.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

● Experience in the education or school industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
