Job Description

Assist in creating visual designs for digital platforms such as social media, websites, emailers, and blogs. Support the team in designing marketing collateral like brochures, posters, banners, and flyers. Contribute to the development of branding elements including logos, icons, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand design requirements. Edit and enhance images, photos, and graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Work on short video and GIF creation (optional, if skilled in motion graphics or Canva/After Effects). Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all creative outputs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Organize and manage design assets and project files. Learn and apply feedback from senior designers or team leads to improve design skills. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
