Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Cortex Media & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., your role involves creating visually compelling designs for various digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, branding materials, and other creative projects. With 6-18 months of experience, you are expected to have a good design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop creative assets for social media posts, ads, banners, reels graphics, presentations, website elements, brochures, etc. - Collaborate with content writers and video editors to create engaging content. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency. - Stay updated with current design trends, especially for digital and social media platforms. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Edit and enhance images using tools like Photoshop and Lightroom. - Support in ideating visual concepts for campaigns and pitch presentations. Key Requirements: - 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding designs, and digital artwork. - Attention to detail, creative flair, and a proactive attitude. - Ability to take feedback and improve designs as per creative directions. - Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle deadlines. Preferred: - Experience working in a digital marketing agency or branding firm. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (optional, but a plus). - Understanding of design adaptations for various digital platforms.
